Hasn’t shown up yet. If he and I really had a thing going, I’d be back online by now.

I tell ya, these communications and technology companies and corporates just cannot do D*** good job these days. I had my bad times and still with Comcast. I hope you will be back on the internet soon!
LOL, Maybe this did happened to allow you feel the addiction or attraction to the Internet that you cannot escape from.
Enjoy the quiet times until Time Warner Guy comes back!

Well, I hope the wait is worth it. This guy sure is adding to his mystery-factor by keeping you waiting! This may be some great new material for you to be able to break back into Romance!
The Time Warner Guy - A new romance novel by Tess Gerritsen… Just don’t tell what’s-her-face!
Doesn’t he know who he’s dealing with? How many people have you killed in your last 10 books alone? Do not mess with a pissed off thriller writer… I guess he’ll be surprised when he ends up dead in your next book! Take revenge however you can get it!

Kyle K is right. How about Rizzoli going after a serial killer who snapped because he’s worked in the same cubicle for 40 years with no sunlight or windows only to go home to find the Time Warner people STILL haven’t shown up. An argument could be made for justifiable homicide and Rizzoli, who is such a good person, corners him and simply doesn’t have the heart to bring him in. He’s suffered enough.

The Case of the Terminal Terminal. Will Tess ever be visited by the cable guy? (No, not Larry). Will he ever be found once Tess loses her patience and seeks revenge for keeping her walting all this time? Will this be another case for Laura and Jane? Which CSI episode will carry this - CSI Camden? For the answers to this and other questions… check Tess’ blog periodically. ‘Til then, Tess, relax and enjoy the time off. You have a hectic book tour ahead of you. I already pre-ordered The Bone Garden. Can’t wait for the UPS guy to deliver it….or will HE ever show up? Mmmmmm…. I wonder?

Hey, Tess! If he’s not smart enough to figure out which way to Maine, he might not do you any good anyway.

Wonder if TW knows their lousy customer service is being blogged by a writer who’s read by millions?

You could always use it and kill him in the next book Tess, think of it as therapy. LOL

If a fling is out of the question I suggest bribing him with home baking, or the store equivalent. Last year when I needed repairs my internet provider couldn’t make it for 3 days. When the guy showed I gave him coffee and brownies and a few months later when I needed him again, he squeezed me in that same day
